Park Life Masaryk

The first room at ParkLife Masaryk had visible hair on the floor, in the bathroom, on the bed, and on and under the pillowcases. Wiping the shower floor made the towel turn brown. We were moved to another room, but it had the same dirt, fuzz, and hair. The third room was also dirty, with hair on floors and bedding, stained towels and sheets, and a cockroach nymph. We no longer felt comfortable staying there. Changing rooms several times never fixed the basic hygiene problem. There was no staff overnight, and when we raised concerns, communication was slow and unhelpful. Management refused a refund and offered only a future stay, which wasn't acceptable. We left and booked somewhere else. Given the price and location, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Cleanliness is the baseline for a hotel or apartment stay, and every room we were shown failed on that. It was by far the worst lodging experience of our Mexico City trip. Travelers should know and consider staying elsewhere. The Google ratings seem extremely deceptive based on what we experienced. SEE PHOTOS.

After a 24-hour trip, I got to my room and found there was no hot water. I waited over two hours, only to be told someone would arrive at 10pm to look into it. They advertise reception open until 10pm, but nobody was there after 7:30pm. First n

The rooms and location were great, but there was no hospitality from the daytime receptionist. We weren't welcomed, and got attitude at check-in because we arrived early, then again at checkout when we needed our luggage to get to the airport. The receptionist mislabeled our bags and brought the wrong one. She seemed to find that hard to believe, as if she knew our luggage better than we did. Don't expect a hospitable welcome from the daytime host. Stayed 9/18/2024 - 9/22/2024

I've used Park Life Masaryk for the third or fourth time over the years and plan to keep coming back. The product and price are a good match.
