Don’t rent in this building. The property manager and administration are rude, and they won’t give you access. They also fine you for things that feel like extortion. Ivette Galindo is the administrator, and she won’t answer even simple requests or acknowledge you. I also started receiving mail from Homeland security at my US address. They were using my address to falsify records. We have pictures of pipes with foul sewage smells and unfinished work in the building. Don’t rent apartment 1105 either, they still haven’t finished things that need doing there. BEWARE!

The place is well built, with good ventilation and lighting, and it’s kept in good condition. It has 24/7 security and restricted access for residents. The location is prominent and right in the heart of Mexico City, near several good supermarkets and large businesses. Anyone living here should feel happy and at peace. A very nice property overall.

A cozy place to live, with rent that isn’t too expensive. It’s near Polanco, and the compound has a gym and other sports facilities. There’s also a mall close by with convenience stores. Rush hour can get a bit noisy.
