Polanco is a pretty, fairly safe area, and it’s easy to reach supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was tasty, though the cooked food isn’t set out buffet-style, so you have to ask for what you want. The woman who cooked and served was really sweet. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the room was cold. Wi-Fi worked really well, and I woke up rested.

The location is great, and everyone was really nice. Breakfast with Lorena was very good, the food was okay, and service in general was good. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but the room and bathroom were old and not well maintained. The biggest problem was that there was no daylight in the room. Its windows looked onto the lobby and breakfast area, where people got loud early. After 6 am, the laughing and talking made it impossible to sleep. Music played around the lobby all day too, so it was hard to rest or concentrate on work.

I came to Mexico as a newcomer, and the hotel staff were supportive and helpful throughout. Victor was very polite and understood that I was a foreigner. He helped me with many everyday things, and Emir was also a good, supportive person. Emir’s food was delicious. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the other staff were polite and helpful too. My organization booked the hotel, and the stay is going well. I’d recommend it to friends and others.

The hotel’s atmosphere is magnificent, and breakfast service was excellent. Johan, America, and Sharon were superb. The food was very good too. My bedroom was spacious and very nice, and it was really clean. The bathroom was spacious as well.
