The location is great and the place is nice, but the rooms are very basic and missing little things that would make a difference. There’s a kitchen, but no pans, pots, or other utensils to use. There aren’t any outlets beside the bed either. A lot of these small issues could be fixed and make the stay better.

The room was clean and a good size, with comfortable beds and useful equipment. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, though the TV wasn’t a smart TV. The shower took a while to get hot, so some water went to waste, but it was hot once it warmed up. The street gets busy and a little noisy after 8am. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great for nearby restaurants, cafés, and transport.

For the price, it does the job, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. It’s clean inside, and I liked having a room facing the interior because it was really quiet, though the view was only the adjacent walls. The refrigerator and stove are handy if you like cooking. A coffee maker would be useful, and there could be more power outlets. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly and wasn’t fast enough for streaming. There’s no air conditioning, and the design isn’t five-star. If you’re used to the Four Seasons, this isn’t for you, but the price makes sense. For its category, I found it really satisfactory and recommendable if you don’t want to spend too much.

I was here for a month and had a great stay. The staff were awesome, the place had everything I needed, and they even gave me my own five-gallon water jug. Usually you only get two small bottles and have to pay for more. The refrigerator and microwave were both large, and the amenities were top tier. You can hear loud neighbors, but the area is VERY quiet compared with most hotels in CDMX. Mexico City loves its unnecessary noise, but you avoid most of it here.
