Everything seems new in this low-rise building, which has been rebuilt as standalone apartments. There appear to be about 10 units. It’s an excellent base for getting a feel for living in Polanco, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all an easy walk away.

The staff were friendly and helpful, communication was good, and the whole stay felt easy and safe. Our room was fresh and clean. We were there for two nights, but it could work for a longer visit too, with a small pantry stocked with the necessary amenities and a laundry room on the ground floor.

I’ve come back, and it keeps getting more run-down. It feels more like a short-stay hotel or a cheap Airbnb now. What a shame it hasn’t been properly maintained. I won’t return.

It’s hard to find, and the signs aren’t good. Sound carries everywhere, from the upstairs shower to conversations in the hallway, and you can hear absolutely everything. 😣 The apartment itself is excellent, very nice, and very clean. The security guard and attendant were fantastic.
