The hotel and rooms are nice, and the staff were extremely attentive and polite. I recommend staying here, but definitely not eating at its restaurant. The service was extremely slow, the food had no flavor, and the prices were really high.

We come here when visiting family, and it's been amazing. The rooms are clean, the staff are great, and the restaurant has a great menu. Everyone at the Monclova Holiday Inn treated me like family, with a personal touch from housekeeping and the front desk, especially my favorite doorman, Gregorio. Highly recommend it if you're in the area.

The beds are just right, and it's a comfortable, relaxing, safe place that we keep coming back to. The room stays very clean and smells fresh thanks to the housekeeper, who's doing an awesome job. Super friendly, helpful staff. Thanks!

We stopped here for one night between San Miguel de Allende and the border crossing at Eagle Pass. The room was basic but comfortable enough, and while we could hear some highway noise, it wasn't too bad. There is covered parking right by the lobby, plus plenty of spots in the lot beside it. The restaurant was decent, with impeccable service and pretty good food and drinks at reasonable prices. I'd definitely come back.

I was here for work for almost three months, and the staff were great. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms every day, and the friendly, outgoing front desk crew spoke English well. There's a small pool and exercise room, plus good food at the restaurant attached to the lobby. My one complaint: no microwave in the room.
