The lobby had suspicious activity, and there weren’t any restrooms available. The place looked dirty and run-down, so I don’t think it’s appropriate for a family stay. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, the hotel administration refused to contact my booking platform, and I lost my money. If you’re visiting Monterrey for vacation, definitely stay somewhere else. The hotel right across from it is much better.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and nice, and we found everything clean and in order. The reception guys were kind, too. It’s right in the middle of town, and definitely a very good, cheap option.

The rooms are a bit dark, and there wasn’t a phone in ours. The location is great, close to everything, and the service can be helpful. For the price, it’s fair.
