The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean with good staff. The location was a plus too. But the rooms were basic and noisy at night, and there was only one lift for more than 15 floors. At 10am they called to wake you up and check if you were alive, then at 11 a "camarista" came to the room to check the same thing, even though checkout wasn't until 12.

Room service and the restaurant service were top notch. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for having me!

The view is amazing, but the hotel needs some upgrading for its price and location. The floors look very old, the elevators took forever, and the staff seemed poorly organized. The TV kept turning itself on and off every minute.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was a really bad experience. This hotel is ripping off consumers, and I hope they learn a lesson. It isn't a four-star hotel by any stretch, maybe two stars or three at most. I travel a lot and always check the sheets because of past bad experiences. As soon as I entered the room, I looked under the blanket and found two different kinds of hair on the bed sheet. It seemed the housekeeper hadn't changed it after the previous guest and had just covered it up. Disgusting. The front desk moved me to another room, which wasn't the issue. What concerned me was what it suggested about how often they replace sheets. Everyone should inspect the sheets right after checking in and take photos with their phone.

Even in the upgraded suite, the toilet wouldn't flush and the pullout sofa had a dirty, stained camping mattress rather than a proper mattress. I won't say what I think the stain was.
