I had to wait while they looked for my reservation, but the staff were really polite and understanding. I arrived early and asked them to keep my luggage safe until check-in, and they did. My corner room on the 11th floor was spacious, with huge windows looking toward the mountains. It was very clean and had no unpleasant smells, though there were a couple of soap-like stains on the bathroom counter. The lobby looks new and fancy. The elevators take a while. Construction around the building can disturb your sleep, and there isn't much the hotel can do about it. I'm a deep sleeper, so it didn't bother me too much, but the outside noise did wake me a couple of times during the night.

The metro construction in front of the hotel runs 24/7, and staff conveniently "forget" to mention it when assigning rooms that face the work. They moved me on my second night. After I called four times, they finally offered a meager 3,000 miles for the sleepless night and the hassle of packing and changing rooms. Do not stay here.

Manuel does a great job. His professionalism and concern made me feel valued as a guest. The rooms are always clean and have nice views, and the location just off the expressway is very convenient. A very nice place to stay!

The first room they sent me to was a mess: the table was dirty, there was crayon all over the walls, and the chair was broken. The staff were rude, too. Please don't stay here. I'm never coming back.
