Breakfast was included and delivered to the room. You need to call 30 minutes ahead and choose from four options each day. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and everything else was great. The only thing that put me off was a strange smell in the entryway and hallways.

The location is perfect for the park and Cintermex. Staff were super friendly and efficient, and food and breakfast orders arrived quickly. The rooms are big, the bed was perfect, but the shower's hot water needs more pressure. Noise from other rooms was annoying at times, and I missed having a gym. See you next time.

We had a good stay and I’d come back. The room was roomy, clean, and modern, and they let me check out late. It’s close enough to the park that you can walk to places nearby. Breakfast arrived in under ten minutes after I ordered, despite what I’d read in other reviews. I could hear people opening and closing their room doors, though it wasn’t a major problem.

The place looks lovely, which is about all it has going for it. There was no hot water, the heating was set so low that nights were freezing, and the sheets were paper-thin. The food was as low quality as it gets, with tiny bits of ham and American cheese on white bread and cafeteria-style nachos. The TV kept freezing, so there was nothing to watch while I sat bundled up waiting to leave the next day. You’ll hear people outside your door getting incredibly loud from around 7:00, and the sound carries through the building. A miserable stay. Two stars for the looks.
