We had booked online on time, but my family and I still waited an hour for a room key. It was late, rainy, and cold, which made the delay especially upsetting. The receptionist seemed to give more attention to people arriving after us, and they got keys long before we did. I assume it was because we aren't locals. When we finally got into the room, it smelled bad and felt far too small for the price. Very disappointing 😞

The price was low and the location suited us. WiFi kept disconnecting and was useless. The bed was hard as wood, and breakfast was the same refried beans and scrambled eggs every day, with only so-so coffee and no enthusiasm. The sink's hot water didn't work because the control was broken. There was black mold in the shower, and black hairs seemed to be everywhere, on the beds, floors, and in the shower. Take your loved one here and expect to get slapped.

Right in downtown Monterrey, but surrounded by bars, with insecurity and prostitutes at the hotel entrance. The rooms are small and very basic, and the informal service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it for families or for getting rest. It's perfect for partying and having fun with friends.

A modest hotel that's very clean, with a price that's absolutely right. The staff were friendly and I have no complaints, except that the pool was very cold. That's what you get.
