A nice place to stay in a good location, just a short walk from the beautiful centro histórico, restaurants, and more.

The hotel is beautiful, but I'd only give it three stars because of the karaoke bar nearby. The breakfast is delicious, especially the green chilaquiles. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to el centro, where there are more restaurants and bars. Ask for an interior room. From the street-facing room at the front, I could hear the karaoke bar across the street blasting music all night. When that finally stopped, the trucks started coming through. Street noise comes through perfectly clearly.

The staff were great at helping us with what we needed. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice and free. A small hotel, but beautiful and comfy.

The property is nice and well located, though the rooms are small. Check-in was the worst hotel experience I've had. Montse at the front desk got our reservation wrong and hung up on us. The hotel eventually fixed it and gave us an upgrade for the trouble, but then Montse charged one of our credit cards incorrectly and couldn't fix it.

The junior suite matched what was shown, and I was really happy with it. Such a beautiful hotel. I’m already looking forward to staying again.
