I left the hotel very disappointed. I stayed over the weekend of December 5th and 6th, 2025, and my new car had no scratches or damage beforehand. It seems to have been damaged in the parking area where they park cars, but the hotel didn’t respond to the damage. General manager Moises Gutierrez had the worst attitude and no management skills. Days later, general manager Camila Arriaga wrote that the cameras didn’t show when the car was damaged, so they wouldn’t take responsibility. I know I wasn’t mistaken, and now I have to pay for damage they caused. You expect your car to be safe with a hotel, and that wasn’t what happened. Please be careful when leaving your car with them, and note any damage before handing it over. Don’t trust them.

The room was spotless, and we loved the decor and all the nice details, from the sheets and toiletries to the slippers and robes. Staff were kind, attentive, and really helpful throughout. My husband and I had an incredible first stay. They welcomed us with complimentary champagne, and the hotel has a calm, charming, luxe feel. Definitely a five-star experience. We’ll stay here again!

The hotel is secure, right near shops and restaurants, and centrally located. The rooftop was great, and the rooms felt spacious and luxurious. What really stood out was the phenomenal service. The staff were so attentive and welcoming, I can’t say enough about them. A must-stay if you’re in town.

Service was top notch, and the location is prime for staying in downtown Morelia. We booked a basic room, but in hindsight should have paid to upgrade to a suite. The basic room had no windows, and I wish the showers had more privacy.

MAJESTIC is the one word that comes to mind after staying here for a little over a week. My room looked out at the beautiful Cathedral, and the location is ideal. The staff made it feel like home, especially the bell boy, Hugo, who went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. There’s a binder with travel guides, spa and room services, golf ling recommendations, and even a pillow service. A five-star stay. I’ll come back whenever I’m in Morelia.
