The building looks nice and the location is great, though in practice it feels more like a 6 than a 9. The kitchen is awkward to use if you're under 5'3. The pool is shallow and unheated. Be careful with places that bill extra for electricity here, since you could end up paying twice for what you used, based on the previous guests' usage.

There’s a pleasant walk through the residential neighborhood to the public beach, with iguanas along the way looking for a bit of sun. The place itself is clean and well maintained, though some of the plaza shops have shut down since Covid. The west side gets much more noise than the east, including early restaurant activity, deliveries, and truck traffic. Barking dogs aren’t unique to this property.

The pool and barbecue space are nice, and the plaza shops and nearby stores are good too. I like these apartments for a short stay when it’s not crowded. They’re on the small side, so I’d keep it to three or four people at most.
