Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit - All Inclusive

The food was the best we've had at an all-inclusive by far. I loved the mushroom soup at Lucca and am still dreaming about it. Carlos looked after us at Azul almost every day, and the servers across all the restaurants were fantastic. There were too many to name. Gabriella, our personal concierge, checked in daily to make sure we had what we needed and took care of our dinner reservations. Gustavo and Eduardo at the pool were especially wonderful. They checked that we had everything we needed, moved our umbrellas, and took care of us each day. They were such nice men. The gym had great equipment, and the attendant was always helpful and smiling. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta, and what a wonderful resort. We'll be back.

Restaurant Piaf was a real highlight of our trip. The food, setting, and service there were outstanding, and it made for one of our most memorable meals. We also really appreciated Salvatore and Eduardo. Their warm manner, kindness, and professionalism made our stay feel even more special. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. This is an experience we won't forget, and we'll absolutely come back.

The pool chairs were the one drawback. People would claim chairs and cabanas early in the morning with their belongings, then stay away for hours. It would be better if the resort enforced stricter rules or required proper cabana bookings. Still, that didn't take away from a fantastic trip, and we're already planning another visit. Our stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was incredible, the best all-inclusive we've experienced. From arrival, the service felt next level. Jorge “Cheppe” looked after us all week, always friendly and proactive, and seemed genuinely invested in making the stay great. Every meal exceeded expectations. Across all four restaurants, the food felt like fine dining, with fresh-tasting ingredients, thoughtful menus, great presentation, and dishes made to order. Desserts were impeccable, on par with high-end restaurants, and a highlight after each meal. Pool service was excellent, with attentive staff, quick orders, and great drinks throughout the day. Things ran smoothly and never felt crowded or chaotic. Room cleaning and turndown happened without interrupting us. We'd leave and return to a perfectly refreshed room without noticing when they'd been in. The spa and hydrotherapy facilities were beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained, a real luxury wellness experience rather than an add-on. Highly recommend, this place delivers.

The resort and the city both felt very safe to me. Even with the recent events, security and transportation were excellent, and the locals were so kind. I’m planning to come back every year. There’s plenty to enjoy on site too. The spa was a real treat, the gym has lots of equipment and classes, and the kids’ program looked fantastic, with babysitters carrying first aid pouches and giving the little ones such attentive care. I don’t have kids, but I was impressed by what I saw. The entertainers kept checking that guests were having a good time, and the food was superb, from the fresh buffet with lots of choices to the quality dishes in the restaurants. Service was incredible throughout. You get a personal concierge, though everyone seemed ready to help. Pool service was especially great from Leonel and Zenon.
