The place has a full kitchen and a balcony in every room, plus oceanfront views and free internet. There’s a pool, food and drink service by the pool, a pool room, and a fully equipped gym. Air conditioning is available, though the ocean breeze made it feel unnecessary. There’s a shallow beach with waves that are fun to play in, and it’s good for kiteboarding in spring and summer. The pool is fantastic, with lots of big shaded areas, and there’s a canteen. The views are great, too.

The location and beach are awesome, and the setting feels detailed and relaxing. But Felipe Tome’s developments seem to repeat the same materials and the same construction flaws. What’s going on with his architects? I mean Peninsula Pto Vallarta, Peninsula Guadalajara, Central Park, and the others.

This is one of our favorite condos we’ve rented through Airbnb. The pool is warm, and the restaurants beside it have decent prices and okay food. The employees are kind, the place is kept very clean, and the security made us feel safe. We really enjoyed it.

The construction is so annoying, it’s all you can hear, not even the waves. They shouldn’t invite people to stay while that work is going on. The facilities aren’t very good, and the beach was full of trash, too. Bad, bad, bad.
