Hotel Posada Gandag

There’s a very lovable, super cute dog hanging around the grounds, and the TVs have lots of streaming options, a fun bonus. The hosts are friendly and happy to accommodate, and the rooms are clean and really nice. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The value is great, and it’s only a few blocks from Centro while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the WiFi is fast, and there’s filtered water from the garrifone. We also had hot water and toilet seats, plus very friendly staff, especially Silvia, and a sweet dog who’s eager for pets.

I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m in Orizaba again. The location, rooms, and service were all great. Highly recommend!

Parking is free on the street, but the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so spaces can fill up and you might end up parking some distance away. They take cash only, so bring cash to pay. The staff are very friendly, and the place was clean and well sanitized. We had everything we needed, including bottled water, toiletries, and towels, along with fairly fast internet, a comfortable bed and pillows, and, best of all, Netflix. For the price and location, it’s hard to find anything better. I strongly recommend staying here, and we’ll look at returning on our next visit to Orizaba.
