We only stopped for a few hours and got in early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the area felt very safe. Our vehicle was too large for the parking lot, which was the one downside, but we had no trouble leaving it nearby.

If you're traveling with a pet, this is a really good choice. It worked well for a short stay, too.

The back patio has a grassy area where pets can go without having to leave the property, which I loved. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen stocked for making a simple meal or eating food ordered from a restaurant. The staff were excellent, too. For me, this is the best pet-friendly place in all of Orizaba. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We came with our dogs and ended up enjoying the stay more than we'd expected. The room was spotless, Amy was friendly throughout, and the big garden gave us a good place to take the dogs. My only suggestion is some indirect lighting in the room. We'll be back for sure.

The staff were the highlight, really excellent service. The bed and pillows were also the best part of the room. There are a few small maintenance problems, like with the shower, but I still thought it was a very good hotel.
