HOTEL CLOSED

We ran into a problem because there wasn’t any hot water.

There was no heating, and with the dampness the room felt freezing. The shower never got hot, the towels were old, and there was noise early in the morning. Service was terrible. Reception stayed closed, so you had to wait outside ringing the bell for someone to answer. The double room was far too small, with a tiny closet that had just two hooks. It cost $870.00 for a room with two single beds, which was expensive. The place is on a street that’s partly unpaved. I absolutely can’t recommend it. I don’t know whether SECTUR is aware of this.

The room was large and very clean, and the service was attentive. It’s in an excellent location and was a very pleasant place to stay. I recommend it.

The mattress felt a little firm to me, but the room was clean and cozy. The staff were really friendly and chatty, and arriving by motorbike and getting into the parking lot was no problem. Watch out for potholes in the street. We had a very good stay.
