Parking here is a real hassle, and the bathroom smelled like sewage so badly that my wife and I couldn’t sleep. Sam and two other gentlemen at reception were polite, attentive, and very helpful, five stars to them. But on January 28th, 2026, our room service order came wrong. The man who brought the food had an ugly attitude, possibly the manager, and no name tag. He got bothered when I asked twice for the items we’d originally ordered. Some of the staff were not rude, but there were unprofessional people, like the lady in the video. When we left, she didn’t apologize or even ask about our stay. Bad customer service, unethical and unacceptable. I don’t recommend this hotel.

It’s downtown, and I’d highly recommend staying here. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with just 9 rooms, and it’s amazing.

I had my birthday meal at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The owner, Selene, gave me dessert with a candle, and I made a wish for World ✌️ Peace. Their desserts are the BEST. You can order the chocolate fondant 20 minutes ahead, or try the fabulous lime pie. I’ll be back.

The hosts were always helpful, even arranging trusted taxi drivers for us, and everything was within walking distance of the plaza. I stayed here on my last trip and it was my favorite hotel. The rooms were super clean, nicely decorated, and had very modern bathrooms. I definitely recommend it!

Very clean and safe, with fantastic food and a lovely crew. The hotel itself is beautiful. Start with the sauce for the amuse Bouche, and try the ginger mojito or coffee from Veracruz. Doña Griselda also has great taste in music and flowers.
