Giovanni gave us very good service and made the stay pleasant. The restaurant food was just OK. There are several pools, including small ones beside each villa that give some privacy and suit little kids, plus a small water park. It's close to the beach and a good spot to bring children. The hotel feels dated, though, and the rooms could use refurbishment. The location and pools may make up for the worn décor.

The service is good and the location is great, but the rooms need improvement. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the hotel.

The place has a lot to offer, but not under these conditions. There was no power or running water on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2020, and the staff and hotel were completely unprepared for an emergency. The lack of management was obvious and sad. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The beach was quiet when I went. You can rent tables right on the beach and have food and drinks there.
