The place feels like a sad social security center. Old people come here to die, and otherwise they seem to just complain about the neighbors. For the price, there are so many nicer places to stay.

The grounds have a private garden and swimming pool, and the property feels secure. The apartments are connected by lifts. It's a good walk to the beach, though restaurants are close by. Very clean.
