Studio A104 is a beautiful apartment with everything you'd need for a short or long stay. The leisure options are great too: a rooftop swimming pool and BBQ, cinema, kids play room, and a ground floor swimming pool.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and LAZY. Worst customer service.

It's a nice, slightly more luxurious part of cancun, with two pools, including one on the roof. The staff were nice and it was very clean. I'd give it four stars, though, because there's a street right next to it. There isn't much traffic at night, but it was annoying.
