We had a penthouse suite, and it was nice having patios of our own. The condo was fantastic, and the staff were amazing. Vero was the friendly person at the front desk and did all the cleaning. Thank you, Vero, for making us feel at home even with the language barrier 💜

Alex was helpful the whole time. The apartment was really nice and fully equipped, and the roof garden and pool had beautiful views. It's in a fantastic location, a one-minute walk from the fifty avenue and ten minutes from mamitas Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen.

No number of stars could describe this joke of a hotel. It's noisy, there's no privacy, and you get no channels. Absolutely ridiculous, the worst air b/b ever.
