The owner was very accommodating, and the amenities were fine for a budget hotel. It’s right in central Playa, close to everything.

Everything was good.

Unprofessional behavior and mistreatment were common. Two friends of mine were left outside their apartment because staff wouldn’t let them in, saying they couldn’t find the reservation even though my friends had a printed copy. They’d called a few days earlier to confirm and were told everything was fine. They don’t respect reservations.

We paid 400 pesos per night, and it was easily the best value in Playa del Carmen. There’s an option to cook, and the pool is really cool. Great place.

The apartment was comfortable, safe, and fully furnished, with air conditioning and hot water. It’s 8 blocks from the beach.
