The unit is dated, dirty, and needs a full facelift. Appliances are in disrepair, and instead of taking away the broken ones, they’ve put replacements on the countertop. It smelled bad, so the first thing I did was wipe everything down with disinfectant. The place is in such poor shape that they should charge about half as much. We were told an ambassador would meet us at check-in, show us around, and provide anything we needed, but that never happened. The only time I heard from the ambassador was after I asked for more toiletries. Two days later, I got one extra roll. For a week with two adults and two children, they left us just three rolls of toilet paper. I had to buy dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, and other cooking items that were supposed to be included. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here!
