This was our third visit in three years, and we’d definitely come back. It’s a really nice, smaller resort with very good customer service. We like the food here better than at the bigger resorts because it’s tastier and more flavorful. After a few days, the bartenders know what drinks we like, and they’re super friendly, as is the rest of the service team. The rooms are clean, the grounds are well kept, and the whole place feels relaxing. The entertainment staff are very friendly and try to get guests involved each day. Wi-Fi is good throughout.

There was plenty for the kids to do, and my child had a great time at the well-equipped kids club. The beach is big with lots of room for families, though a bit more shade would help. We also enjoyed the entertainment team, especially Annet and Angel, who ran bingo, trivia, contests, and other activities. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The food was quite good too, though more variety would be welcome. A nice place to stay with family and friends.

Reyna was such a sweet, enthusiastic server. She even practised remembering the six Canadian names in our group, and the service throughout was attentive and friendly. We loved the clean beach and all the chairs, and the food was good. Playa del Carmen was a safe walk away. We had such a splendid stay that we're planning to come back next year.

The place itself is nice, but our stay got off to a rough start. For our group of 30, check-in took 40 minutes, then it was another hour and a half before we could get into the room because the door wasn't working. They didn't offer another room to sort it out faster, and security eventually had to repair the door. You need patience, and it helps to speak some Spanish.

Alejandra, the manager, was lovely and kept an eye on the restaurant and its details. Reyna gave us wonderful, attentive service too, always with a smile. We met her on our first day, and she remembered all six names in our party. Our stay here has been wonderful.
