The pool was clean, and the crew cleaned it daily. The apartment itself wasn't in great shape, though. There was a lot of humidity, and we found a cockroach in our room.

The room was small but had what I needed, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed seven days and was disappointed that there was no cleaning service or fresh sheets at all during that time. The place itself was fine, and the location worked well for me, near a supermarket and not too far from Fifth Avenue. I had a car and could always find parking out front.
