It's a newer place and looks nice. Seems better suited to working people's needs and preferences. A decent option if you're on a low budget.

It's really quiet here, and there's a pool. A great place to live.

Prices are available for a day, a week, or a year, and I think it's worth it. The apartment is great, very clean, and has excellent security.

I regret buying from Casas ARA, Privada Morsa. The materials are the worst quality, with hidden defects all over, and the customer service is awful. You can file reports again and again and still get no response. Terrible place to live.

A huge disappointment. I bought the house six months ago and have already had to fix numerous hidden defects. Ara says they're not covered by the warranty or keeps giving me the runaround about inspecting the flaws in a brand-new house that was only three months old.
