The condos are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of light from the huge windows. From the balcony, you get views of the jungle and pool areas, and it’s quiet and peaceful. Parking seems a little tight, but the Playacar area is very nice and peaceful. I really like this location.

The apartment at number 216 in Azul Condominium, Playacar, Playa del Carmen, is in terrible shape. Rain gets in from all over, the kitchen is about ten years old and falling apart, and there are holes and mold in the bathroom ceiling. The upstairs toilet leaks, and the owner only put tape on it instead of fixing it. Now water is leaking between the walls. We rented it for six months through Clara Four..., who found the place for us. Be careful: I believe she is working with the owner, Miguel M....., to keep our deposit. It has been four months and we still haven't gotten it back or heard from him. Our agent put the wrong name and address on the paperwork, so we can't pursue it legally. It feels like a scam. Be careful with the owner and agent. Don't rent from or buy from them.

A nice place, though it needs upkeep.

It's moldy, really old, and needs a lot of work. Just garbage.
