Estefanía is really friendly and always responds when you need something. Her place is in a great spot in a tourist-friendly area, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and public transportation is close too. Highly recommend!

Adolfo and Stefany made the stay for me. They were so welcoming, gave helpful advice, and did everything they could to make me comfortable. The price, location, and facilities were all good too. I’m really glad I stayed here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

We moved here after staying at a hotel on 5th Avenue, and it was a great decision. You’re still right in the middle of everything, just a couple of minutes from 5th, but we didn’t hear the clubs at all. The rooms are large, the Wi-Fi is fast, and having our own key and entrance made it feel like an apartment building instead of having to deal with reception all the time. The owners were also really nice to our dog. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a small fridge for groceries, though there’s no way to cook in the room. Walmart is only a few blocks away, which was handy for buying alcohol more cheaply than at nearby shops. Food is close by too, from 15 peso quesadillas within a block one way to good restaurants, coffee shops, and plenty more the other way. The beach is an easy walk. We went down to 8th to get there, and didn’t need a taxi. The location worked so well for us: a couple of blocks from the beach, a block from busy Fifth, and tucked around a corner on a fairly quiet street. We’ve stayed on the beach off Fifth and farther north and west from downtown, and really lucked out finding this place. It was clean, safe, and quiet, with management that lived up to the reviews. Some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Wi-Fi was better here than at four other places that advertised theirs. There’s no TV, but that didn’t matter to us in 2021 since we could watch things on an iPad, computer, or phone. They keep things quiet around 10pm, so no raging parties from the neighbors. There’s also a pleasant outdoor area to sit in at night, though it doesn’t have a pool. For the right kind of traveler, this place is a real gem. Save on the fancy Playa hotels and spend what you save on beach drinks or meals nearby. I highly recommend it.
