Really good value for money. The room was small, but very well maintained, and the location is excellent, right in the center and just a five-minute walk from Playa del Carmen’s main avenue. The guy we spoke with on WhatsApp was kind and helpful. He’s Italian too, so we communicated really well!

We didn’t even get our reservation. They gave us poor information about the rental, and what was offered wasn’t what they were selling. Then they said it was our fault, refused to give the correct information, and didn’t want to refund our money. Extremely disappointing.

The owner was very attentive, and the common area was lovely. Good value for money, with access to a swimming pool and an excellent location.

Finding a place to stay was quite a problem. Apart from that, everything was fine.
