Stay away! There’s no reception and no one to talk to. They ignore your messages and don't answer emails, WhatsApp, Booking.com messages, or phone calls. They literally read the messages and still don't respond. Total disregard, zero customer service. The place is right above an extremely loud bar. If you're planning to sleep only after 5 AM every single day of the week, at least the noise part might be fine. Worst place in Playa, probably the worst in Quintana Roo, possibly the worst in Mexico. Absolutely disgraceful.

The rooms are okay and the place is nice and close to things, but I wouldn't book here if I wanted somewhere to put my feet up after a day of adventuring. A bar on the corner makes a loud bass noise, and earplugs don't help. Intoxicated people from the bar hang around the entrance. The owners and property managers don't live here, so talking to them about the noise gets nowhere. It's a shame, and I'm surprised it has a 4 star rating. Honestly, don't stay here.

Do not stay here. The apartment is falling apart, with lots of broken appliances, and looks nothing like the outdated photos. The shower barely works and the water from the faucets runs brown. There isn't 24/7 service, the employees hide in their apartments, and they won't provide extra towels or blankets when asked. During rainy season, be prepared for your room to flood completely. The property is next to a bar, with loud music playing constantly until 3 AM. Save your money and stay somewhere safe.

The only upside was the location, and that wasn't worth it. The room didn't look like the photos, and the first one we were checked into was already occupied, with someone asleep inside. It was really embarrassing. The other room they showed us was dark, dingy, run-down, and poorly maintained, with rust on the bathroom fittings. Worst experience ever. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I repeat, not worth it!
