We had six of us for a week with friends and family, and there was room for another two or three while still being comfortable. The house is spacious and has what you need for a beach vacation. Stepping from the porch straight onto the beach was wonderful. We also had a private chef for a birthday party, and that was the best food we had during our stay. Thanks especially to Jorge, the property manager, who handled everything and made sure things went perfectly.

The outdoor space is amazing, with an infinity pool facing the ocean. Jorge has been a great host, and the location is excellent. Highly recommend!

Jorge made everything easy and memorable, from sharing local recommendations to checking that we were comfortable. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel like part of the Casa Moskito family. The villa itself was immaculate, spacious, and well kept, with gorgeous ocean views just steps away. We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, and the whole stay felt magical.

I loved relaxing on the terrace and looking out at the ocean. It's a great beachfront house for a family vacation, and very close to Playa del Carmen's city center.
