The welcome made us feel right at home, which was a lovely surprise since I’d booked this hotel mainly because it was cheaper than the others nearby. The room was beautiful, with a balcony facing the ocean. We ate both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was incredibly delicious. The papaya water was especially refreshing and comforting. They even offered us a free Katamaran trip. One of my best travel experiences!

I felt right at home in this small, cozy hotel. It sits in a quiet, private, upscale neighborhood beside a private lake, and the hotel provides kayaks to use there for free. My room was clean, if small, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Saul made our breakfast such a joy. He was attentive, polite, and professional, and spoke about the hotel and restaurant with such pride that I assumed he owned the place. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Saul. We’ll be back and will recommend it to everyone. We tried the New York waffle, red salsa chilaquiles, and acai bowl. The waffle was tasty but sweeter than I like, so I’d ask for less jam next time. The chilaquiles were flavorful, though not spicy enough for me. The location is adorable and the ambience is superb. I absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was unreal, the staff were incredible, and the rooms were super clean. It’s got everything you want for a great stay. The main marina and restaurant area is about a 10 minute walk away, and it’s a nice stroll. You can also borrow their bikes for free. We had an awesome time here!

We arrived at 5:30 pm to check in and nobody was there. No one answered our calls, either. Someone texted that they’d get back to us shortly, but we ended up having to find somewhere else to stay. The next morning they contacted us as if nothing had happened and said we could check in then. We just want our money back. Worst experience.
