The flat is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, with a comfortable bed, lots of closet and hanger space, a spacious living room that stays cool, and a balcony. The kitchen had everything, including new pots, pans, knives, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The building is high-tech and the AC worked flawlessly. It's also in an ideal spot, a few minutes' walk from the main public beach, ferry, 5th Avenue, Walmart, and the ADO station. The price for what you get is unbeatable, whether you're staying briefly or longer in Playa del Carmen, and I highly recommend it. The one downside was the cleaning service every other day, which generally included fresh towels, linens, and a tidy-up. I was fine with the sheets not being changed, but the cleaner unnecessarily rearranged my things, moving belongings between rooms and even shifting personal items from my bedside table. That felt intrusive, and I imagine most people wouldn't like it. The landlord more than made up for that inconvenience: check-in was seamless, the flat was perfectly prepared, and he carried my massive suitcase up three flights without me even asking. That gesture alone deserves a 5+ star rating!

Massimo was welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and modern, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location was ideal, close to the city center but away from the noise. The bedroom was comfortable and had a ceiling fan, and the bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Whenever my family and I visit Mexico for vacation, this has been our go-to place for years.

We stayed five nights in a clean, modern apartment, and the host was friendly. The spot is convenient, with all kinds of amenities nearby. Since the apartments are on the corner of an intersection, there can be brief traffic noise during peak hours.
