Monica made us feel at home at Mexico y Nubes, even though we were so far away. Her comfort, hospitality, peacefulness, and willingness to help made the vacation special. She was always ready to take care of our requests without ever making us feel like customers. The place has a distinctive, colorful atmosphere and thoughtful details, including use of the kitchen and bicycle rentals. We stayed from March 12th to 21st, 2016. The property is in an exclusive residential area, strategically located just minutes from Playa del Carmen's nightlife and close to all amenities. We arrived as guests and left as friends.
