I've traveled for a long time and stayed in better places. For what they charge, these rooms feel more like a motel.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help with recommendations or anything else we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a calm feel that made it easy to relax. Its location was perfect, close to the beach and the famous Fifth Avenue, so getting around was easy. I found it very good value for the money and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, well-located stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Playa del Carmen.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and the price felt fair. The rooftop restaurant beside the pool was a welcome surprise, with tasty food and a great atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I also appreciated having a properly equipped gym while on vacation. The hotel is a short walk from 5th Avenue, and the free parking was especially convenient since we'd rented a car.
