Heaven Hotel

We had a wonderful stay with the kids, and the suite's little built-in kitchen made being away from home much easier since they have food allergies. The hotel is beautiful and away from all the hustle and bustle. They clean every day, the rooms have lovely a/c, and there are TVs for winding down at night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A lovely two-bedroom apartment, with everything you need.

There are a supermarket and a few restaurants and cafés right next door. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, not far from Xcalacoco beach, with a nice pool. The spacious suites have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I'm almost hesitant to write this because I worry the hotel will be fully booked when I come back. I've traveled all over the world and spent nearly two decades working in high-end hospitality, so my standards are high. This place met them. The prices are very fair, it's peaceful and convenient, and the modern comfort and attention to detail are lovely. The whole team, including Laura, Johnny, Liz, Sofia, Josefa, Daysi, and the room cleaning and maintenance staff, treated us with care and respect. Wonderful service from genuinely kind people, and the company feels honest and human. Congratulations to the owner and staff, you run a great hotel. Pictures to come...
