What a lovely place! The rooftop terrace is wonderful, there are two pools, and there’s 24-hour food and bar service, which I could hardly believe. There are also tons of Israelis. Book here now or forever hold your peace. It’s beautiful!

Pablo got us a free upgrade for our first night, which was a great start. The price was reasonable, too. I gave it four stars because the bed in the different room we had on our return from Cozumel wasn't comfortable for me, though that's a personal preference.

I only stayed one night, but after I left they kept charging my card monthly. I sent several emails asking them to stop and got no response. Be careful if you don't want the hassle of disputing charges with your credit card company.

The place was close to the bus station and sort of clean. But after our one-night stay, they charged my card every month and ignored every email I sent asking them to stop and refund the charges. I had to get a new card number to put an end to it. Pay in cash and don't give them anything extra.

The staff were really friendly, and I thought the price and location were great. The hotel itself is beautiful, with one pool in the central courtyard and another up on the roof. I'd definitely recommend it.
