Everything you might need is close by, from gyms and malls to a grocery shop just a one-minute walk away. The location is amazing for exploring Playa. The rooms are spacious and clean, and all the staff are so hospitable. I appreciated it a lot.

After loving my first visit, I’ve come back to this hotel a couple of different times. It’s in a great spot, really close to the beach and lots of amazing restaurants, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I’m already dreaming about returning to Playa del Carmen and staying here again someday soon!

The beachside location is a highlight, with white sand, clear water, and room to swim, sunbathe, or just enjoy the view. Rooms have private terraces overlooking the beach, so you can take in the scenery in your own space. This is a family-run boutique hotel in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and the family clearly takes pride in looking after guests. They were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The property has stylish, contemporary decor that suits the spirit of Playa del Carmen, and the spacious rooms are well appointed for a comfortable stay. If you want a centrally located, family-run boutique hotel by the beach, with terrace rooms and a welcoming feel, this is a lovely place to relax and explore Playa del Carmen and its culture.

Saturday night was extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. The service was really nice, and the guy at reception was kind, but our room floor was really, really dirty. There was also a dead cockroach in the shower.
