We were only a few minutes on foot from the beach, and 5th Avenue was about a 20-second walk away, with loads of restaurants, bars, and shops. Even with all that nearby, the hotel was quiet and we didn't hear the main strip. The room was cleaned daily, kept tidy, and had great air conditioning, which was a big help in the heat. They also provide beach towels, a convenient touch. We had a small issue with the bed when we arrived, but staff quickly moved us to another room without any hassle. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. My partner and I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great location, comfort, and service. I'd stay again.

A good value little hotel in a great part of town. The field and outdoor gym are across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. It's clean and quiet, and the staff have been really friendly.

We really liked having our own small terrace on the ground floor beside the pool, perfect for a quick dip. The hotel is nice and well located near Quinta Avenida and the beach. Breakfast was included, which was nice. It wasn't huge, but it was a well-prepared a la carte meal with mainly egg options. The room was basic, and the bathroom wasn't great: a bit moldy and smelling that way, plus the shower was cold. We managed for a few nights, but it would be uncomfortable for a longer stay.

We didn't enjoy our stay, even though the hotel is well placed for the beach and tourist streets and the service was great. The room smelled strongly of damp and hadn't been properly cleaned, since there was someone else's soap in the shower. The air conditioning didn't work at all, so the room wasn't the cool refuge we've had elsewhere. Breakfast was very mediocre, and there was practically no sun by the pool. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

The staff made me feel welcome and at home, even though I was there only a few nights. They were friendly and worked hard, and the customer service is what sets this hotel apart from the many other choices. It sits right by the nightlife but stays quiet at night when you're ready to rest, and the beach is a quick walk away. I stayed at the end of April and was incredibly pleased. If you want a quiet place to sleep close to everything Playa Del Carmen offers, with staff who'll make sure your needs are met and more, this is it.
