Hotel tropical casa blanca

After the parties finally stopped and the bass ended around 2 am, we got about two quiet hours before the hammering on the walls began. We couldn’t sleep. When we complained, the rude night-shift manager argued with us, wouldn’t refund any part of the stay, and also refused to return the money for the following night, even though we clearly weren’t going to stay. He wasn’t apologetic or willing to help at all. The worst hotel customer service I’ve ever had.

Four loud clubs next to the hotel played music until 2 am, and not even earplugs helped. I went a whole week without sleep. The pool water was cloudy and dirty, and divers occupied it, so swimming during the day wasn’t possible. The cleaning staff seemed underage, and I’m not sure that’s legal. The room was cleaned only once in a week, and the towels were never changed. We got just a polyester bed cover, no sheets, and it seemed like it had never been washed. The low standard was something we’d accepted for the price, but we didn’t expect it to be this bad, the worst I’ve experienced. The receptionist seemed racist and hostile toward white people. She didn’t speak English, but was still rude and bullied us. She was always watching us and ready to scold us, but never ready to help or do her job. She insisted on speaking Spanish even though she knew we couldn’t understand. Toilet paper was limited to one roll per room per day, but we got only three rolls in the whole week. I had to go to reception repeatedly to ask for paper or cleaning. The receptionist was a horrible person who shouldn’t work with people.

The only beautiful things were the outdoor plants. The staff were the worst I’ve ever experienced, rude and negligent. Rooms were cleaned just once during our six days, and toilet paper came only after repeated requests. Three extremely loud clubs within 100m made so much noise that earplugs couldn’t block it. Please stay away.

There was pounding bass until 2 am, then hammering at 6 am. If you want more than two hours of sleep, find somewhere else. We didn’t want to spend a second night without sleep and asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t give us a dollar back. Their staff reacted incredibly rudely whenever we raised an issue. Worst experience ever!
