We just got back from a fabulous 7-day trip for a milestone birthday, and we'll return. The staff made it memorable, especially Gixel, who helped plan our special dinners and suggested the moonlight dinner and cabanas. Omar gave us excellent dinner service, and we had a fabulous spa day with Sheila, who is a star. The seaweed situation couldn't be helped, but raccoons were roaming around the restaurants and grounds.

10/10 💗💗💗💗 I already want to book again. From the food and service to the rooms, everything was just wow, and the all-inclusive stay went beyond what I expected. The buffet had loads of delicious choices, and Asiana felt truly gourmet. Its Pad Thai was honestly the best I've ever had. Everyone we met was professional, kind and understanding. I felt safe, welcome and comfortable from arrival to departure. The rooms were spotless, beautiful and well kept, and the room service, bell staff and everyone else we dealt with made the trip even better. Thanks for making it unforgettable, I'll be back 🥹🌊

The people here made our wedding everything we hoped for, and gave us memories we're so grateful for. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, but the kindness and care from the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. Everyone was friendly, professional and ready to help from the moment we arrived. Kevin deserves a special thank-you for going above and beyond and making us feel supported throughout our stay. José García was in charge of the buffet, and Daniel Tuyub was captain for our wedding and the Asiana restaurant. Both helped everything run smoothly. Elisa, our wedding coordinator, guided us through every detail and made the process much easier. All the restaurants were wonderful and very accommodating with food allergies. They asked us about them at every restaurant we went to. We also want to thank the lovely woman who performed our ceremony. We unfortunately forgot her name, but she was warm and kind and made that moment special. Thank you to the whole team for making our special day even more special. ❤️

We had a wonderful family vacation with our two grown children and their spouses. The staff service was excellent all around, and the rooms had everything we needed. We tried most of the onsite restaurants, and Pelicano’s was our favorite for dinner. It's open air, close to the sound of the waves, and the appetizers were fabulous. We loved the cocktails too.
