Ipana B15 Playa Del Carmen By Lockey

I spent six months in Tower C, and it was the most pleasant stay. The whole property is beautifully maintained, and the pool is always sparkling clean. Everyone is helpful, and the staff have been some of the sweetest, kindest people, especially with my kids. The location is ideal, close to 5th Avenue and great restaurants, only a few blocks from the beach, and with a grocery store an easy walk away. Ipana is simply great, and I'd stay here again and again. For an amazing view, look up Sanchez Sanctuary on Airbnb. The owner is wonderful, and the apartment was spectacular.

The rooftop is the best in all of Playa del Carmen, with four magnificent pools connecting the four buildings. There's also a great gym, and more is on the way. The retail spaces should open soon and make the place even better. SIMCA, the builder of this project, has done an amazing job. I love Ipana!

This is easily my favorite place to stay in Playa. It's safe, well looked after, and full of friendly people. The rooftop has lots of pools and a reasonably priced bar, and the WiFi is strong. It's around a 15 minute walk to the beach. I'll definitely be back.

A very good building to stay in Playa del Carmen, close to Quinta Avenida and the beaches. The rooftop pools are beautiful, the gyms are well equipped, and the lobby is nice. I felt very safe here. The building has firm rules to keep everyone's stay comfortable, including quiet after 10 pm and no glass at the pool. I was impressed that they fixed the elevator within a few hours when it stopped working one morning.
