The reception team were attentive and really friendly. We stayed for 10 days as a group, and found the rooms comfortable and well kept, though simple. The hotel looks well presented and is very central, yet fairly quiet for its location.

The staff were VERY welcoming and nice, which is why I gave two stars. The room was so tiny it made the inside cabin on a cruise ship seem bigger, and you could hear everything outside. A cat meowing downstairs woke me up in the morning. Bed bugs! Stay away!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and housekeeping keeps it spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about guests. It’s a lovely boutique place, just a minute from the beach and Zenzi Beach restaurant, next to the new Starbucks and right off Fifth Avenue. You get an ideal location, though it does bring some noise at night.

The location is super, and the staff are very kind. It’s clean and pretty, with a decent rooftop and a partly indoor pool. There’s music at night, so if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a great hotel. They provide earplugs.

The staff are really friendly, and the spot is handy for nightlife. It’s close to two discotecas, so bring earmuffs if you’re planning to sleep through the night.
