I left with ten days of rent unused, and still had 2000 pesos deducted from my deposit, even though I’d left the room as I found it. The property manager who rented me the condo was unprofessional and used swearwords. She also kept having the security guard knock on my door, which was a nuisance. Once, at 4:30 in the morning, the guard said I was having a party, but I’d only fallen asleep with the TV on. The neighborhood was noisy too. Dogs barked through the night and into the early morning, then roosters started up at 5am. I had a terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend it if you want to sleep.

You can walk to pretty much everything, but the rooftop is the special part. Go all the way up for a 360° view of the area. I’d recommend catching both a sunrise and a sunset from there, they’re mind-blowing. Excellent place to stay.

The apartments look just like the photos and feel comfortable, beautiful, new, and modern. The area is quiet and very safe. It’s a block from 5th Avenue, with two Oxxo convenience stores within a block. There’s nighttime security, and you can park outside.

The apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back. The building is nice too. The neighborhood is lovely, with 5th Avenue, a pedestrian tourist area, one block away and the beach five blocks away.
