You can walk to everything from these apartments, and the building is well maintained. It has a locked front gate, though the area itself is very safe. There’s a small rooftop jacuzzi and terrace that’s a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. You can also visit the larger, gorgeous roof deck at their sister property La Pasion Boutique Hotel. A cool artisan craft shop is right out front. Nearby clubs can be a bit loud at night, but nothing too extreme.

A really nice place to stay, especially if you’re traveling without a car. It’s a five-minute walk to 5th avenue, Frida Kahlo Museum, and the beach. The main bus terminal in Flaya del Carmen is about ten minutes away on foot, and you can catch the airport bus there. The collectivo stop for trips to a Cenote is also nearby, about a ten-minute walk. The welcoming reception staff were very kind, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. There’s also a small area with a jacuzzi and sunbed.

Cozy and romantic place, but the whole experience is being ruined by a party bus they let sit outside at 5am on a Tuesday. It vibrates the entire building and gives you heart arrhythmia.

The apartment is quiet and clean, with spacious rooms, and it’s a great deal for the price. Just expect very basic kitchen supplies, one pot, one pan, and two dull knives.
