La Ceiba Ejido

Everything is nearby thanks to the great location. The facilities work well, though they could use a little maintenance. Management is very friendly and always on top of things. The street flooding is the only problem, and it’s outside their control.

There’s good internet, and the apartments are quiet and feel safe. I also like all the trees and the lovely park across the street, where you can walk around peacefully.

I lived here for a while. The street floods when it rains, but otherwise things are good, and there’s plenty to do in the area.

I’ve been living here for two years and am very happy. Parque la Ceiba is right next door, with a range of activities that have a positive impact on the community. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, plus a Chedraui supermarket, convenience stores, and a van stop. The beach is about a mile away. It’s surrounded by nature and very peaceful, and pets are welcome 🐈‍⬛🐶 💕. The street does flood when it rains. The maintenance person is very kind and keeps an eye on the building, and has helped me whenever I needed it ✨
