The location works really well, close to downtown but far enough away that it doesn’t get too busy, and only a block and a half from the beach. I’ve stayed here for three months last year and returned this year. The staff are amazing and trustworthy, especially Griselda. Cebert, the owner, is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make the stay as good as possible. I’ve sent a bunch of friends here, and they’ve all said the same things :)

The workers were awesome and kind, and breakfast was included and good. The rooms and place are nice for the price. Still, I’m giving it two stars because Cebert, the owner, stopped answering my messages after I booked. We stayed three months, and he didn’t respond to questions or inquiries. His customer service and professionalism were absolutely terrible.

The price was good, but I’d spend a bit more somewhere else. Over my two week stay, I went without water for five days, and the owner stopped replying to my calls and WhatsApps. Breakfast was included, but it was just toast, coffee, and packets of cereal. Very bad experience.
